I am a accountant in bank . The building rent pay by bank per month 100000.00 and service tax 10300.00. I am fill bank service tax return but I want to know how can utilize service tax credit on rent in my return . Bank payable service tax something 90000.00 per month .

u can take the proportionate credit on the basis of rule6(3A).
