23 April 2014 THE AUDIT PARTY PRESSURIZES US TO REVERSE CENVAT CREDIT TAKEN ON OUR OWN INVOICE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER SITUATED AT exempted AREA/PARTY NOT REGISTERED WITH CENTRAL EXCISE.UNDER WHICH RULE WE CAN TAKE CREDIT ON OUR OWN INVOICE IF PARTY RETURNS THE GOODS WITH OUR INVOICE FOR NON REQUIREMENT OF PARTY

26 April 2014 You can take the cenvat credit on own invoice issued by you as an inputs. You should say to the excise department that issue the audit objection. You don't need to reverse the cenvat credit. You should consult with any professional.
