Credit of service tax by manufacturing co

08 November 2013 Service Tax is paid under Reverse Charge mechanism(Manpower Recruitment Agency)
Bills are raised in June 2013.
The payment of Service tax is done on 5.7.2013

My question is whether service tax credit is available in the month of June or July.

09 November 2013 credit can be availed only after making payment in GAR7 challan

hence for amount paid under reversecharge credit can be taken in july only
