I have of excise invoice which not mention Tax Invioce.
invoice is uttar pardesh to uttar pardesh
Excise duty and Vat charged
can we take inc\put credit of vat in the invoice.

it would be "invoice for home clearance"
and it should be treated as tax invoice for vat purpose.
