Credit of Excise duty

If a company/firm is involved in jobwork as well as sale to its customers, then whether it is entitled to the credit/refund of excise duty? What is the situation if the company/firm is doing jobwork alone?

09 December 2010 Dear Friend,

I would like to inform you that Job Work is separate operation in a Mfg co. The Invoice price of Job work should not add in the turnover of the Co. So there is no Credit benefit in Job work.Credit facilities is available only on mfg activities.
