Is Tax required to be withheld (by grossing up) on credit card payment to be made in respect of foreign expenses incurred and paid by credit card while in USA. Nature of foreign expenses: Hotel stay expense, Food expense, and doctors fees, legal fees. Person had gone on a business tour on behalf of the company
