We have purchase Beam, Plates,Channel for our Plant and Machinery.

I would like ask you can we take Excise credit for capital goods of above mention items.

05 May 2012 Notification no 16/2009 dt 7th july'2009 excludes referred items from definition of inputs.This view has been upheld by CESTAT (LB) in Vandana Global vs CCE also.
