13 May 2017 I Sold Goods to unregisterd Dealer And I Have a ITC .

Shall i adjust my ITC against vat payable to unregisterd Dealer ??

13 May 2017 Yes you can adjust VAT collected from Unregistered dealer against input tax credit (you can also adjust your ITC against central sales payable, if any) but vice versa of same is not possible.
