14 November 2014 Hello all, I want to create a trust in jaipur for education of poor people. Can you please tell me the complete procedure for forming the trust.
Please help me for the good cause as soon as possible.

17 November 2014 01. Prepare the trust deed
02 Register the trust with the Cahrity Commissioneer
03 Register the trust with Income tax
04. If you want apply for the 80G and 35CCA

20 November 2014 can you please tell me how much expense i have to incurr for doing this if i do it without taking help of ca and how much fees CA will take if he do all the things

20 November 2014 If you do it by yourself, it should not cost you more than the STAMP duty charges required to type the trust deed on.
The fees of CA may vary from person to person and city to city.
