07 July 2010 I have to know that if a company named ABC ltd. taking a loan from a financial institution on the mortgage of immovable property of XYZ ltd. then who have to create a charge at ROC?

07 July 2010 It is the duty of a Company to file with ROC for registration of charge (Refer Section 134 of Companies Act, 1956).
