M/s. abc pvt ltd has created charge on 31.01.2015. and same is filed with roc 10.02.2016?
kindly tell me the number of days the delay is caused in this case?and whether the date of creation should be included for the purpose of calculating 30 days as per section.77 of act and whether the date of filing should be included to calculate the number of days delayed?
