Hi Frnds. I have an assignment for cration of An NGO. pls help me and tell me about the formalities and Memorandum and rules formation.

NGOs ARE EXISTING AS PROPREITARY ORGANISATIONS, AND ALSO AS LIMITED OR PRIVATE LTD. COMPANIES OR AS CHARITABLE TRUSTS OR PARTNERSHIP FIRMS OR AS SECTION 25 COMPANIES.
SO FIRST PL. DECIDE WHICH FORM OF ORGANISATION YOU WANT TO FLOAT TO WORK AS NGO.
THEN YOU HAVE TO REGISTER THE SAME UNDER THE RESPECTIVE ACT LIKE COMPANY'S ACT OR PARTNERSHIP ACT OR REGISTER AS A CHARITABLE TRUST UNDER TRUST ACT OR ALSO REGISTER THE SAME AS SOCIETY.
FOR INCOME TAX BENEFITS IT NEEDS TO BE REGISTERED UNDER THE INCOME TAX ACT ALSO.
DECIDE YOUR NGO OBJECTIVES OR MAIN MOTTOS AND LIST THE SAME WHATEVER BE THE NATURE OF CONSTITUTION.
