Respected Sir I am the student of CA FINAl & currently working in a reputed CA FIRM as a staff. Now i Want to create a company Or partner ship firm having business of tranjection of money from the morket with a clause of Guaranteed return ( % more than 10). Please Suggest me the necessary steps which I,ll have to taken & if possible please recomend me the most valuable sites for this purpose

Such a business can be done by a NBFC. Hence, you will have to first form a company and then get it registered with RBI for doing such business. Contact RBI before you take any steps in the matter.
