I have registered for cpt on 29 august but haven't received any registration number and my name is also not mentioned on the list of registered students on the website.what should i do?

Better make a call to ca office where you have sent your documents for your cpt registration and ask for status of your registration /request them to speed up the process and enquire whether any further information required from your side
