sir i have registered on 25th march and send that to icai kanpur bt on 15th april i got a letter written that "we wish to inform you that you have sent 10th pass marksheet /Date of birth certificate without proper attestation.. may i knw that Is i m registered with cpt...

I.e means your registration not completed because of you send improper documents so it is pending for receipt of documents. So according to the letter from ICAI they intimating you "you make the mistake of not attesting your SCC/DOB certificate by the CA/Gezzetted officer".
So don't worry now you make the attestation on your SSC certificate by the CA and then some forward to the ICAI with reference to the letter received by you for requirement of documents then it will complete your registration for CPT and then allotted you the registration no. As well as don't worry however your registration to CPT will be the date before 31st March in case if your registration form has been received by them by that such date.

i m nearly 400 km far from icai kanpur ,if i get reached there and submit all attested documents. then can i get registration number and can give 16h june 2013 cpt???and can fill form for exam??? plz tell me???

Yes, Due to the cut off date for filling of CPT exam form is on 25th April,2013 for June'13 attempt you required immediate registration no. So better to contact ICAI personally at completing getting of registration immediately is better. Otherwise you may not be get the registration no from ICAI with in due date.

i have tried a lot to icai kanpur phone number bt they were not responding.. plz if u have any contact numbers that i can communicate to them..

Then not attending Phone calls as well as not properly answering to phone calls. However you have a choice to inform ICAI. through e-sahayaataa. But it will take 2 to 3 days to get resolve your query at e-sahayaataa. As per my view communication to ICAI is only the best way is e-sahayaataa.
