It would b advisable to u to call ur regional office of icai where ur application for registration goes. Nd they will allot u regstrn number. Its the city for which u got demand draft for that place.

you can contact to icai head office , delhi by phone. give your name, date of birth, father/mather name etc. after that you can get regestration no.
