generally otp means one time password which may be received to mobile sms or email . . however as per my knowledge we have to provide 4 digit password in exam form,,it may be that,you can give any 4 digit code and ou should remember that which will be useful to you for checking result . . . .**************************************** better you go as below
contact icai immediately for their suggestion , http://icaiexam.icai.org/contactus.php . . it is highly recommended to make an enquiry with icai and get their suggestions .. . you better contact any of your friends who have submitted their exam forms
