I Have finished my B.com Degree in April 2012 with 54.65% can i eligible for IPCC without CPT, i saw a rule in the ca notification that any fraction of half or more shall be rounded upto next whole number

02 July 2012 such notification is still pending for approval by the govt. So you have to enrol for CPT first.
