can a cpt passed student can joined articleship without giving ipcc

No,after passing Group 1 of IPCC only one can join in articleship.

Let the notification come.
It may say that CPT & B.Com cleared students dont have to give IPCC to start articleship.
So dont make any assumptions till then. Wait for the notifiation.

I would suggest to register for ipcc and dont wait for notification to come.. bcz thr is no certainty..

No, Firstly u have to register for IPCC if you have completed your 2 years of Graduation and thereafter you will start your articleship but only after passing IPCC.
