CPC not allowing Loss on HP Rs.1.50 lacs

01 December 2010 In almost all the returns, while processing, the CPC has not allowed Loss on House Property due to Interest paid amounting to Rs.1.50 lacs, inspite of all the columns and schedules filled up correctly. Any one knows why ? and what should the assessee do, should he file 154 with the CPC or the AO.

01 December 2010 These are very common mistake seen. No one knows why. You should file for recitifcation u/s 154 with CPC.
