03 November 2008 i am giving nov-09 (final). i want to know either old companies act will be applicable to us, or companies act, 2006. i want to start with my studies. and, waiting to purchase the last updated book.

04 November 2008 As at present the companies act 1956 will be applicable as we do not know when the new bill becomes law.
