whether factory wages are included while calculating prime cost in cost sheet or these are included in factory overheads after prime cost to calculate factory cost.

Wages are two type Direct & Indirect
1)All direct wages is part of prime cost 2) indirect wages either may be for factory, Administrative or selling and distribution cost as it identified.
