I have done Return filling of one bank who has not done any return before, when i filed etds return from april 2009 to june 2010 i.e 5 qtrs. afterthat i have received notice of tds,IT Dept.sub. INconsistency in the e-tds/tcs sttements filed Provi. rec. no. of 26Q 2Q (July'2009 to Sept'2009,2009-2010). when i ask the manager he said i think before me old manager did that return and he phoned to that manager,old manager replied yes i did. now they have already filed return with 1 records & by me i filed excluding that 1 records new 3 records. this 26Q return was two time for the period of july'2009 to sept'2009 (26Q2Q,2009-2010) & april'10 to June'10 (26Q1Q,2010-2011) now how do I done correction ? 1) I don't have those file Regular? 2) but I have their Old date + my New data 3) How to Correction done ? 4) do I have to first create regular file in 2.0 and then open it in 2.2 with correction ? or what to do ? 5) plese guide me How do I solve the Problem ?

You have to creat correction statement in 2.2.If u don,t have regular file than u take old data in the correction staement form the hard copy than create regular file record than add new record through correction tab.
