A company covered under CSR obligation during the FY 2014-15 & 2015-16. If in FY 2016-17 it doesn't not covered under the criteria as prescribed by the Act. In that case is the company required to do CSR activities by taking last three years average net profit? Please note that during FY 2016-17 it doesn't comes under the criteria of CSR.
Please reply at the earliest and oblige. Also provide some reference in this regards, if possible.

company have to comply with CSR provision in FY 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19. Only the company which is ceases to be covered under 135(1) from last three year is exempted from CSR provisions. Sir, you can refer Rule 3(2) CSR Rules 2014,
