10 August 2012 Dear Sir,
Pl let me know the following doubt

Whether all the Executive Directors are Whole Time Director ?
or
Is there any specific difference between Executive Director & WTD?

Is it possible to classify an excutive director if a person is not a managing Director ?

10 August 2012 Directors that are in the whole time employment with the company are called Whole time directors. Normally whole time directors are called whole time directors.
