28 June 2013 Its difficult to tell as more than 1 year is ledt for that. Look Company Bill is not in force yet and Companies Act, 1956 continues to apply.

28 June 2013 Companies bill was yet to be approved by rajyasabha and there after it has to approved by president to become act.

ICAI will announcme time to time applicable ammendments

till now icai announces applicable announcement for nov 2013 exam only
