08 December 2009 can anybody ( e.g.firm. company, etc) write of 90% of its copyright in a particular year? its urgent.

08 December 2009 If the copyright is not in use i.e. it is not earning any royalty etc. for a long period; then you can write it off.

The fact of writing-off should be disclosed in the notes of account.
