Does the checking criteria of exam copies changes on each attempt because this time pcc result were way below anyone's expectation!

Nothing like that sorts.. you never know how the checking pattern would be. But history itself says as before pcc even in pe2 scheme results for last attempt were very low.. take the case of old ca final there too results were very low in last few attempts.
