Can a CA holding COP work in a mnc as a full time employee. Do he need to inform ca institute about his full time employment ?

08 January 2019 You can not become Employee in payroll if you hold COP, you have to surrender COP if you want to engage employment.
In order to keep COP you can take assignment retainership you have to raise Professional Bill.
