thanks for reply As i am doing job so i hav to surrender cop and i would be needing it after 1 year when i am thinking of goin in practice

In my view, there is no need to surrender your COP. Just sent an intimation to ICAI for your joining of JOB and converting your COP into Part Time COP. Then later, when you leave , just intimate ICAI about converting it as a Full Time COP.
