sir,
we purchase chemical and resale. in our purchase bill, cooly shown in invoice but tax not collected. as a buyer what to do? is tax to be paid or not rcm?

No need to Pay Tax under RCM basis...
But.,
Buyer will be collect GST if he is shown in his Invoice. Discuss the matter to Your Supplier.
