whehter partners can change into llp after its conversion from a pvt co if not then for how long one has to retain as a partner in llp

In case of conversion of Private Limited Company into LLP, all the shareholders of the Company to be partners in the LLP and no one else .

this is the condition at the time of conversion but does it mean that partner can not leave firm ever.....
