Conversion of private limited company into opc

Do we require to change the name of a Private Limited Company and add the words " OPC" seperately after the conversion or after filing Form INC-6 or RoC while providing the new Certificate of Incorporation will add the words " OPC" to the existing name of the Company. Please Guide
