13 November 2010 Can anyone tell me the procedure of conversion of private co into public co after passing SR at EGM....?? Please tell me the e form to be filed for application for new Certificate of Incorporation....its a bit urgent..

conversion of a PVT Ltd & public Ltd
it is not easy job i cant explain everthing in this mail. it takes minimum 3 years to convert or register a public ltd.

there is lot of procedure to be followed.

better you consult any company secretary.
