conversion of non voting right shares into voting shares

What is the procedure of coverting non voting shares of a private limited company into shares with voting rights.
please let me know the detailed procedure.

03 May 2009 Dear Amit,

I think there is some confusion.

In company law Equity Shares without voting rights does not exists.

So there is no chance of coverting non voting shares of a private limited company into shares with voting rights.

However, as per section-181 voting rights on shares can be suspended due to non payment of calls.
