One of our vendor has converted itself in to Pvt Ltd (earlier it was a firm) and the PAN no has also been change. We have bills in his earlier name (Firm) but he wants to get payment in new name (Pvt Ltd). My query is can we pay him in the name of pvt ltd for the bills raised from firm by deducting Tds in the new PAN no registered as pvt Ltd ????
