AFTER SUBMITTING THE ACIT ISSUE NOTICES TO ALL DEBTORS/CREDITIOR FOR CONFIRMATION BUT FEW NOTICE'S IS RETURN DUE TO EITHER OFFICES IS CLOSED OR THE OFFICES IS SHIFTED. NOW THE ACIT IS TOLD US FILE REPLY OTHERWISE HE WILL REJECT THE BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO.

It is a common problem that confirmations from the parties are not found at the time of scrutiny.
You should file copies of full ledger accounts of all the debtors and creditors which will prove the genuineness of transactions.
You should also file copies of purchase bills.
It should also be submitted that from the copies of ledger account and purchase bills; it is evident that the transactions are genuine one and payments have been received/paid by cheques.
You should be more careful about filing of details of sundry creditors.
If possible; try to find out new addresses of the creditors and file their confirmations.
If sales tax/vat is applicable; you might have registration number of those parties.
