In pvt ltd, company , Doctors working as a consultant for clinic , we are paying Consultancy charges monthly Fixed amount, they are not working in outside, we treated as a consultant , is it correct

28 March 2018 Yes... It's correct.. If you deduct TDS then go to deduct TDS u/s 194J. By, RAJA P M

05 April 2018 depends on the contract. It might actually be treated as salary... however, in most of cases it is just passed on as business practice.
