19 October 2012 Is service tax applicable if a land is bought by group of people and divided equally among them. and they built thier residential houses separately in the colony.

26 October 2012 For application of service tax it is must that one person should provide service to other. Service to self is not taxable....

29 October 2012 thank u sir.. but the prob is that some particular part of land will be used by everyone, eg: parking area, garden.. in this case will it be taxable
