Can anyone please suggest me the which consolidation software is good for consolidation of subsidiaries.

It depends upon the budget you might have..there are SAP solutions available for such consolidations and even BIG 4 (e.g.EY) are providing in-house excel based sheets which will be customized based on the client requirements..I have come across with such consolidation in-house built software prepared by EY...you may contact them...
