Hi, My principal have filed my form 108, as my articleship got over on 09.07.2011. But i got a letter from ICAI saying that i have taken excess leave of 15 days which i should compensate by working for that period. When we checked the records it seems the person who filled the form 108 made mistake in filling the no. of days leave taken. Instead of actual 175 days of leave that person has filledup 195 days as leave taken.
Now my ques is, can i file revised form 108 ? or
Should i file form 107 ? Plese also give in the details for filling form 107 as i could not exactly what to fill where? Should i have to take another deed?
