01 June 2012 I delayed my submission of Form 103 & 112 for registration of articleship by 2-3 days. I deposited the late fee as well. Now I have received a letter from ICAI asking for my IPCC Ist group marksheet, Orientation Programme certificate & a Condonation Request From employer. what is this Condonation request and what are its requirements?

01 June 2012 As you have submitted the docs late so you are required to submit Condonation of delay rrequest from the employer.
