29 May 2019 I want to submit condonation request through income tax portal but unable to submit as it's not working.

I want to get refund for the assessment year 2017-18 & 2018-19 to file income tax return online.

Please let me know how can it be possible preferably through online.

29 May 2019 dear sir ,u have to file in offline application for condonation of delay (section 119(2)(b) – Condonation of Delay in Filing ITR)
if department found sufficient reason then u can file ur old return online under sec 119(2)(b)
