My client has cross 30 days limit which is provided by law to file Appeal. now we are planning to file Appeal along with Condonation of Delay I want to know what is the procedure to file condone of delay. please reply urgently

There is no specific format but the reason for delay must be a genuine one. Simple application letter has to be filed along with the appeal.
