11 February 2015 I am a Mobile and Electronic item retailer and i started my business in January 2015. I want to know whether i need to get registered under Mvat and obtain TIN no. also Profession Tax No. what are the conditions and required documents. I am operating my business in the state of Maharashtra

As you get reg under bombay shop estab act with in 30day you are liable to get profession tax no.
for Mvat tin no As you sales Exceed 10lakh you are laible to reg for Tin no
