05 March 2011 a CA can not be indebted by any company exceeding AMount Rs. 1000.

is the rule applicable for Subsidiary Company Also???

05 March 2011 Yes. It is applicable to Co.'s Subsidiary, holding or subsidiary of Co.'s holding Co.
