24 July 2015 Please inform me procurement of goods u/n 43/2001 dated 26.06.2001 can we eligible for refund of finish goods? or ask for any other notification which we have get benefit from central excise department. some one says that you will get benefit of excise refund under notification 34/2001 c.c.(n.t.) amended by 37/2003 c.E. (n.t.) dated 17.04.2013 is it possible?

Company manufactured pharmaceuticals products like capsules, tablets syrup or dry syrup/suspension ointment & powder etc...
