Pls let me know about the Composition scheme for works contract.basically i want to know how we derive the actual turnover for hotel industries and other such undertakings whic provide srevice.
As regard your question regarding determination of turnover you may refer the following judgment, which seems to be the source of all the rules and sections of different VAT Laws regarding determination of turnover in indivisible works contract.
