05 June 2014 Anyone can opt for the composition scheme. The benefits are required to be worked out on case to case basis and accordingly the decision as to whether or not opt for the composition scheme

06 June 2014 Composition scheme always results in higher payment of tax.But,it is simple and easy to implement. A composition dealer is less subject to scrutiny and harassment by the dept officials.All over India commonly,works contract,hotel,sweetmart,bakery and small business holders are allowed to go for composition scheme......mjk
