Dear sir, Can Snakes(like mixtures,) manufacture become a composit dealers Under GST...kindly clarify this Please......... He Buying provisions item and make sankes and packed then sell in retail so, he is under composit and normal taxpayer pls explain.

A manufacturer can become composite dealer provided his turnover is less than Rs.1.5 Cr p.a. and doesn't do inter state supplies. He can't take input also.
